In CrossFit there are currently 21 Women Inspired workouts. These WODS happen to be some of the toughest that CrossFit has to offer.
East Dallas CrossFit created the following infographic, breaking the benchmark workouts into four distinct groups:
- Bodyweight Only – Pullups, Pushups, Running, Situps, etc…
- Bodyweight & Lifting – No barbell.
- Bodyweight & Barbell – A mixture of bodyweight and gymnastics movements with weights.
- Barbell Only – “The Heavies”, or benchmark WODS using only weights.
